Jach Family Wellness Center Is Located In The Flossmoor Commons Medical Building At The Corner Of Vollmer Rd. And Kedzie Ave. Just West Of Sunrise Health Foods.
The handicapped ramp entrance on the south side of the building is the quickest way to our office. This entrance is closest to Sunrise Health Foods. On really snowy, icy days we recommend you enter the building through the main doors which is the southwest entrance, a little farther west from the handicapped ramp entrance. Call us with questions if needed.
